		and support needed to deliver safe, purposeful, and memorable  LOtC trips and visits:
Planning guide
Our planning guide  contains everything needed to assist in the evaluation, management, 
		and safeguarding of offsite visits, including materials to support the completion of 
		risk assessments and all venue-related emergency and practical procedures.
Venue preview video
Our free venue preview video  enables Visit Leaders to assess the venue, and familiarise 
		themselves with the environment and location of facilities, in advance of attendance.
Free resources + additional learning opportunities
Wicked is “packed with content that mirrors the framework for personal development” 
		(Belleville Primary School), and to maximise the educational value and learning potential of 
		every visit, we provide educators with a range of free resources  and lesson plans, as 
		well as a popular programme of official workshops , and post-show Q&As .
			
			Supporting resources
To assist Visit Leaders, EVCs, Enrichment Coordinators, Extra Curricular Activity 
Coordinators, school travel organisers, school leaders, subject teachers, and youth group 
leaders with the planning and delivery of a visit to experience Wicked live on-stage 
in London, we provide free supporting resources and information.
Everything you need to plan a visit to Wicked is contained within our free planning guide, 
including materials to support safeguarding and risk management, a seating plan showing 
emergency exits and toilets, and all venue-related emergency and practical procedures:
Our free venue preview video shows the layout of all public areas of the theatre, its proximity 
to public transport, the coach and minibus drop-off/pick-up location on Vauxhall Bridge Road, 
and arrival procedures, so you’ll know exactly what to expect before you arrive:
