Frequently asked questions
- Do you charge booking fees?
There are no booking fees or transaction charges when booking directly with us. - Do I have to pay upfront and/or pay a deposit?
Our 'book now/pay later' policy enables you to reserve tickets for an agreed period while you secure any necessary approvals for the trip. No upfront payment or deposit is required when booking directly with us. The booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. - How long can I hold tickets for until payment is due?
Depending on ticket availability at your chosen performance, reservations can usually be held for up to 4 weeks, after which full payment is required. If payment is not received, the reservation will be released. It may be possible to hold tickets on reservation for longer periods of time, on a case-by-case basis. If you need some more time, please email us quoting your original order number.
If booking for a performance within the next 6 weeks, a shorter reservation window or immediate payment may be required to confirm your booking. - How far in advance should I book?
Tickets, workshops, and Q&As are generally on-sale to schools and youth groups at least a year in advance. To secure the best available seat locations for Wicked in your price category, advance booking is imperative. If you're planning an Enrichment or Anti-Bullying Week trip or looking to secure tickets for any applicable performance at the end of a Summer Term/Academic Year, we recommend booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment. - How do I pay?
Payment instructions will be detailed on your invoice and can be made by BACS or Credit Card over the phone or, if time allows, by cheque. International transfers may incur fees, which are the responsibility of the booker. - Do you provide free supervisory tickets?

The PDF can be presented by the Group Leader on a mobile phone and scanned by the theatre staff on arrival. All members of the group must be present when tickets are scanned to gain entry to the theatre. - Where will my group be seated?
